TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

LA BASTIDE DE LUGET

Rental period

The apartments are available from Saturday at 4:00 p.m. (at the earliest) until the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (at the latest).

From 1 March to 30 May and from 26 September to 7 November 2026; other rental periods may be available.

Rent, deposit and security deposit

Within seven days of your electronic or written reservation, you must pay a deposit equal to 40% of the rent. Your reservation is considered final and confirmed only after receipt of payment.

No later than six weeks before the start of the rental period, you must pay the remaining balance of the rent (60% of the rent). Failure to pay this balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of the booking.

If you make your booking within the six weeks prior to the start of the rental period, you must immediately pay the full rent in one lump sum for the booking to be finalised and confirmed.

Payments (in Euros) must be made to the following bank account:

  • Banque : Crédit Mutuel (CCM Bagnols sur Cèze, 1 avenue Général de Gaulle, 30200 Bagnols sur Cèze)

One day before the end of the rental period, a security deposit of 300 euros will be placed on hold on your credit card. After the keys have been returned and the final inspection has been completed, the amount will be released—in full or in part—within one week of your departure.

Cancellation of the reservation

In the event of cancellation

  • at least five weeks before the start of the rental, we will refund 50% of the deposit paid.
  • between three and five weeks, the deposit paid will not be refunded; however, the balance of the rent (if paid) will be refunded.
  • less than three weeks before the start of the rental, neither the deposit nor the balance of the rent (if paid) will be refunded; the balance of the rent is due.

The non-refunded amounts constitute cancellation fees.

General Terms and Conditions

Your stay at the Bastide must be conducted with respect for all other guests and third parties.

It is not permitted to exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking, unless an additional fee is paid.

Provided that other guests are not disturbed, smoking is permitted outdoors. However, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gîtes (cottages).

Pets are not allowed on the premises

The pool is generally open from mid-May to mid-October.

Included in the price of your stay :

  • Wi-Fi access
  • bed linen, towels and household linen, (except pool towels)
  • Final cleaning

Insurance

All tenants must be insured against any damage they may cause to the entire Bastide site.
